You can apply for a Solicitation Permit at the Northern Regional Police Department during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am – 4pm). With that said, we suggest that you contact us before you arrive at 724-625-3157 so that we can ensure that we can assist with your specific request and or direct you to the appropriate point of contact.
The fee for solicitation permits will be based upon the number of solicitors that the company is purchasing permits for. The below fees are total for the company and not per solicitor.
1-5 solicitors = $10 for permit(s)
6-10 solicitors = $20 for permits
11-15 solicitors = $30 for permits
16+ solicitors = $40 for permits
- The company will need to purchase at least one non-solicitation list, or more upon request, at $0.25 per page.
- Each solicitor must provide a new FBI Criminal History Clearance at the time of application. This can be completed HERE
- Each permit will expire in 30 days and will need to be renewed with a new application including criminal history and purchase of a new non-solicitation list.
- If any solicitor is found in violation of the terms of their permit, the permit will be invalidated, and they will need to renew the permit.
